I was laid off in Jan. 2009. I collected unemployment for 10 months. People I used to work with filed a suit against them for breaking the warn act. If we win do I have to payback unemployment? I am trying to figure out if I should opt out of the suit. are you people retarded????

I never heard of that. I don't think you can owe back unemployment. If anything they would reduce your settlement.
