Nearly 5 years and counting... Job search is defiantly getting more painstakingly emotional and heart-wrenching.

You are probably competing with 100-200 people for every job opening - it's an employers market I've taken steps backwards before when changing careers - I don;t want to think about ever having to do that again at age 50+
