Can someone help me find a job plz?
I been looking for a job, and I am going insane by now. I have a bachelor's in Criminology and currently working on a Master's in Social Psychology. I already exhausted all my resources here in California and applied with almost every agency but no one seems to be hiring at the moment the state is bankrupt. where should I apply next..what jobs are available available outhere where I can use my degree. Thank you, and if anyone knows who is hiring plz let me know...

I cannot find a job!?
I graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Special Education about four years ago. Now I am going for my Master's Degree... I cannot find a job in the pay scale I need Right now I'm working somewhere and I'm being walked on all over by my " superiors," who are trying to go to school for their Associates Degree so they can move up in the company. I do not do a bad job in my current position, in fact I've been complemented several times, but I feel like I was laughed at when I told my boss I would like to move up to the empty position at the same corporation in a different town. Ever since I told my boss about the position, my boss has been " knit picking" at all of the wrong things my boss can find... like dust under my cabinets. I really need to move up to the position I feel I deserve to have with my experience and credentials. I have kids, a home, bills and student loans I need to make every month and I need to make more money I only make about $20,000 , and I cannot be walked on anymore. I bite my tongue a lot and it hurts every day.Maybe I'm just venting, but any comments or input would be greatly appreciated.
How can I find a job as an administrative assistant?
I graduated in 2008 with a BA in Business from a nice private university and was laid off in 2009 replaced by two unpaid interns . It's been almost 10 months in CA and I've sent out my resume everywhere including city jobs , applied to all the temp agencies in the area, went the careerbuilder and monster route, and even walked around the mall handing out my resume to stores even though I have no retail experience . I've been called in for only 1 interview. Everyone says my resume looks fine and to just keep searching. I'm looking for a position as an administrative assistant or data entry or anything that pays over $25,000. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm out of unemployment benefits and close to being homeless. With a worthless college degree. Where can I turn to?

Here's me 26, recent degree B.S. in mass communication, have worked in broadcast media since 2005 and as a higher education administrator since 2007. Due to some complicated circumstances, I had to quit my full time job making about 35,000 year nothing that would be perceived negatively by a potential employer .To anyone with similar credentials or close how hard is this job market, really? I'm hearing so much doom and gloom, but friends with less experience than I are finding jobs around me. Do you just have to be awesome these days? I think I've got the perks interview very well, have a solid resume that communicates people have trusted my judgment, good references, proactive job seeker, etc.
