Question: I was laid off but my company said i quit/abandon my job on 10/6/2008 i need help?

I was laid off the company said i quit on 10/ 6/ 2008 but my last pay check says pay peroid threw 10/ 19/ 2008 threw 10/ 25/ 2008 check date 10/ 30/ 2008 wat can i do

Show the company the letter that says you were laid off and they can not argue the fact against that evidence. You can even make a copy of the laid off letter and attach it to your resume. Evidence is the key to your success.
