Definately by yourself. You have a better chance of getting the job. If your friend comes along, the job might want him/ her. Think about it.

Alone. You have a better chance without someone competing for the same position. Also, it makes you look immature to bring a friend along when looking for a job.

Definitely alone. It would not appear professional and you will present as a weak candidate.

Always go alone. they don't want to see your little friend tagging along.

I too had a dilemma like you... Then decided to search job along with my friends. All except me got job. And now I couldn't and don't have guts to search alone. SO be independent in searching jobs... First you then others... All the best...
