Question: How to get fired and collect unemployment?

I have worked at a retail lumberyard/ hardware store now for just about 3 years. I am fed up with the way they run thing/ treat people and treat ME... I live in indiana if that helps any. about a month in a half ago I asked if i could either take sunday's off or come in after church and my hours went from 39.5 to 15 thats when my manager said its either church or money..wtf... so i changed my hours back they slowly went back to 39.5. Now recently my GM has been making me do retarded jobs for instances today told me to climb in a massive pile of snow to pick the trash out of... WTF... so i decided on quitting, i hear if you quit you cant get unemployment so i guess its time to get fired!!! so what are good ways to get fired to collect the unemployment???i know its lazy but i have busted my behind for them and this is how they treat me.... nope time for them to pay for me to sit on my behind please help me out

If you have a good reason to quit, you can draw unemployment. I used to work at the Unemployment Office and know the rules. I quit and drew unemployment for two years because of the conditions I was working under.

If you are fired you are ineligible for unemployment.

You're only eligible for unemployment if you are laid off due to lack of work or other reasons. If you're fired you have no right to unemployment.

Think about what is going on. Why do you think management is screwing with you? You are a guy who hates his job and they would like to see you quit. They also know you are lazy and want something for nothing, in this case unemployment insurance. Unemployment insurance was designed to help those who are out of work due to no fault of their own. You are so selfish you want to take from the truly needy. I don't think I'm going out on a limb make the following statements, first I sure you went to the employer looking for a job, they didn't look for you. Second you are an immature guy living with his parents. Third you don't go to church but rather sleep late on Sunday. Fourth you have not been "busting your behind " for them.

Threatened to sue about discrimination for your religion since they are threatening to devalue your work ethnic (or some other way of putting it) because of what your religion is. Its not lying since they can not say your beliefs are ahead of your work (or something).

You can,t draw unemployment if you get fired. the only way to draw that is if you get layed off or the place shuts down.

Don't be a bum. Grin and bear it while you look for another job, then resign with dignity. Your "plan " is not what unemployment compensation is for.
