I will be moving in 5 months to another state. I live in Ohio and will be moving to Knoxville, Tennessee. What is the best and most effective way to find a job in Knoxville, Tennessee while still living in Ohio?

Rent a mailbox in Knoxville from the UPS Store or something similar. Use this as a local address. Also get a Knoxville, TN phone #. You can get MagicJack. The cost is $40-$50 a year. (I forget which) Put that on your resume and start sending them out. Once you get a phone call take a road trip.
