If I worked full time three years ago, and then MOVED to another city in the same state, AZ, and never found a job full time, and never filed unemployment, can I go back now and get back money from unemployment??? I was a teacher

What does filing for unemployment have to do with Social Security???

This isn't a Social Security question. The SSA isn't who pays unemployment. You can file for an may receive unemployment but they aren't going to pay you back unemployment.
