Where is the best place for a seventeen year old to find a job?

Question: Where is the best place for a seventeen year old to find a job?

(Posted by: Melissa Ppp on 2010-02-08 15:31:45)

I have been searching for a job for a year now and everyone keeps telling me they want 18 year old's. I am not 18 until next September so it stinks. But my dad keeps getting on my butt about finding a job, but really i am having the hardest time finding one.

It depends what job you're looking for. Can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to get a job at the restaurant for example. For office jobs you may wanna wait until you turn 18. Also check out local job finders club, they're usually helpful.
