By being better than them. Get qualified, do voluntary work. Show that you are a real tryer and not a couch potato.

First you need to make sure that your applicants letter is outstanding, this way you will get you an interview. Now when you are there, make sure that you have researched a little about the company, what they do and how you can contribute to that. and now promote yourself (for instance saying you will not disappoint them if they hire you, and you ensure quality or whatever it they need). I'm quite sure they will not be able to refuse you. Good luck!
