Where can I find a job that isn't a fast food place?
Hi. Im 18 years old and I really want to get a job. I know I am very picky, but I would really prefer to get a job where I don't have to count money because I am very bad at that. I would really love it if I found a job where it's more vesicle work than anything else by vesicle I mean more of the using your strength you know . I live in Selma, Ca the zip is 93662 the reason I'm telling you the zip and everything is so you can give me more options . I put in an application in at walmart, theater, and taco bell and didn't get hired in any of them. No I have not had a job yet. Do you guys have any suggestions on where I can look that for sure they would hire me?

Help I can't find a job?
I'm 17 & I can't find a job anywhere. I got my GED and have no work experience. I applied at 30 places and none of them called back. I even reapplied and it's making me so mad. My mom is kicking me out when I'm 18 so Im desperate for money. I have been selling my body for clothes becuz I'm so needy. I see clothes at the mall that I want and I hate girls who have nice things. It sucks and I feel like I'm wasting my time applying help how can i find a job? And I really want to buy these dresses Should I steal?

Im so frustrated i cant find a job ?im SO Damn frusturated. i 22 years old i have been woking for this grocery business for 5 years and im only making 8.00 hr. i cant find another job. im trying to get on with a local fire dept but they have a hiring freeze on right now. how am i suppose to live?my next pay increase is at 8.25 hr what a joke 25 cents an hour more.I was hired on at 5.15 an hour now since the minimum wage has went up to 7.25 hr. these new hires that are 16 years old are only making only 75 cents an hr. less than i ami work for kroger in the meat dept but im thinking of applying at publix. they should pay me $11 but i dont know if they will hire me on full time.how cxan i make sure that i get on there full time?

I am an American woman living in London free thanks to a good friend . I am legal to work & signed up to more than 20 agencies. Have applied for over 120 jobs since May and don't even get a letter back. I am not a spring chicken, but I am attractive and well educated. I have been self employed for the last 5 yearsin the USA , so recognize that I may be out of the current loop. Any radical ideas are genuinely appreciated and please no sarcastic smarties. You may indeed be clever, but that isn't being helpful.I am not asking for a job, just ideas. Whatever I am doing isn't working pun intended .I lived here in the mid 80's and job hunting was never so anonymous and coldly indifferent. What am I doing wrong? PS I don't smell bad, ha ha. Thanks.I can't even get an interview for a temp receptionist situation let alone a job and I have a law degree and years of experience in law offices and government jobs. PS I am not a grey haired granny more of a " cougar" type in case that is what you are thinking I don't think you can have bad breath online PS I do have a sense of humour

What are good websites that have good Jobs posted where I am more than likely to find a job?
I recently quit my job because of personal reasons and it was an hour and a half drive from my home and am wondering where I can look for jobs online that have a good reputation for actually getting back to you about your applications. I have retail and sales experience but i am open for anything right about now I have tried monster, and care.com to be a babysitter but it seems like all the jobs are either out of state or too good to be true. I am very interested in sites like cloud10 or liveops, but the only thing is, I can not seem to hear anything back from them. Are there more sites like this that I could apply to? BTW, I am not lazy nor " stupid" , I am a college student taking my courses online and a typical job is difficult to shuffle.
Hard time finding a job, need it before school starts in 2 weeks?
I'm in a work program at school so it's required for me to have a job in order to receive the credits. I'm in business management so my teacher asked me specifically to look for some kind of job dealing with that such as receptionist and such. I found an opening online for part time receptionist and it was at my mom's job so she talked to the boss and told her all about me and everything this morning she told my mom you have to be 17 and 10 months well I'm only 17 and 2 months. Most other places are only hiring full time, should I call myself, if so what should I say? I need a job soon
